I’ve stole some photos of my friends and their beautiful faces and my fav famous people, to study facial expressions, and there coming along nicely. I never upload unfinished work due to being a annoying perfectionist, but stay tuned I think there going to be great :D

So back to the work!
I added these to Youtube a couple of days ago but haven’t had a lot of time on my hands to share them.
For the making of my Rock That Body piece as you can see it was made up of 3 dances performed by Cernamoret Paul Andrei at the University of Bradford.
Once I had all the cleaned data applied to my skeleton, I worked for a couple of days after the project was done to add the dances to the Black Eyed Peas song, which has received so much positive feedback :D
These videos show the original footage shot during the shoot and my final renders from the front and side, playing along side.
Hope you enjoy

A well as displaying my work and progress I also like to share a few little life goings on, on this blog too so I thought I’d write a cheeky post about my nails! :D
Working with a computer all the time of course means ze hands are very important, and I do take care of them best I can, but when it comes to my fingernails well I get lot of comments on how long I have them, of course there not real! I’m a nervous nail biter and during deadlines I think I’d chew my hands completely off if I could, but I enjoy taking a free afternoon and getting them done in town and I can’t chew the fake ones ;)
Usually I have them painted just a nice bright colour depending if I have anywhere special to go or just my mood at the time. However recently I spotted the lovely Zooey Deschanel sporting these beauts at the Golden Globes
So I thought I’d give it a go!
As you can see I had a little more nails to work wih but I adore the results and have recieved lots of good feedback on them :)
Who knows what could be next?!?!

Okay this is the other half of the Motion Capture project I did, and well I hate it haha, been trying to make it nice for a day or two and just ran out of patients with it! ¬_¬
But I thought it still deserved a post and a look at. The ‘dancer’ was actually a boy from my course who while was all suited up in the Mo-Cap studio I demanded he dance around like a little girl practicing ballet, he did very well actually as you can see :D
I have plenty more data to work with for other projects but at the minute need to concentrate on a new term starting and learning new software.. once I can afford Digital Tutors again.
Hope you enjoy

Sooooo… here it is the first bit of 3D work I have uploaded in a away and tbh personally think it’s the best yet :D
This was for my current motion Capture Project and I completely fell in love with the entire pipeline, from the shoot to the clean to the post production, all over again.
Its gets a lot of criticism but Motion Capture to me personally is an amazing piece of technology and is only going to get better and used more for exciting things.
I also managed to do some amazing research into Mo-Cap used in sports applications which has expanded my knowledge on the subject..and the reason I used a skeleton model (which I did not make) in this piece :)
So I hope you enjoy! and look out for more Mo-Cap work as I have lots of different data to clean and use and want to have an AH-MAZE-ING motion capture show reel to put together soon.
:)
